Delivery & VAT

DELIVERYIn stock: 7 to 10 days. Units not in stock: backorder of 8 to 12 weeks.
BackorderUnits not in stock are delivered in 8 to 12 weeks.
Import dutiesDelivery within the EU: no import duties or customs formalities.
VATWith a valid VIES VAT number we invoice at 0% VAT. Without a valid number we charge VAT.

Warranty & RMA

AC36-month standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
DC24-month standard warranty, extendable to 10 years.
TermsThe terms and price of an extension are stated in the quotation.
RMAYou open an RMA with our desk; we arrange replacement or repair with original parts.

Training & certification

Every participant receives a personal certificate. The training is the only condition to become a Certified Partner.

HOW IT WORKS

From request to a working charge point

    You send your request

    Fill in the quote helper or email us. You do not need any technical detail yet.

  2. 02

    We advise and price it

    We pick the right unit with you and you get a quote with your partner price.

  3. 03

    Delivery from stock or backorder

    AC units are in stock and arrive in 7 to 10 days. Other units follow in 8 to 12 weeks.

  4. 04

    Installation and activation

    You or our installation partner places the charger. We configure it on your OCPP url and monitor it with you.

Can I sell Autel without my own webshop?

Yes. Many partners sell only through projects and installations. A webshop is not a condition.

Do I need training?

For AC units your electrical knowledge is enough, we add a short product training. For DC units we provide a broader technical training.

What prices do I get as a partner?

You get partner prices on request, based on your volume and type of activity. Request them through the partner form.
