Who may install
An installer working to NEN 1010 and NEN 3140. On larger projects the client usually requires an inspection report and a measurement report per charge point.
Common mistakes
Too much load on an existing main supply without load balancing, and an earthing arrangement that does not match the local situation.
Watch out on DC
For fast chargers the network operator (Liander, Stedin, Enexis) sets the lead time for a heavier connection. Count in months, not weeks.

Grid connection and power
Determine the available power, request an upgrade if needed and account for future expansion.

Cable and protection
Size on continuous current, length and a maximum 3 percent voltage drop, with dedicated residual current protection and a breaker per point.

Mounting
Wall or pole for AC, concrete base for DC. Respect the clearances and cable bend radius from the model datasheet.

Send us your OCPP url
Share the OCPP url of your own platform with the identifier per charge point. We configure the unit before delivery, nothing to set on site.

Inspection and handover
Measure and test to NEN 1010, check a session in your platform, hand over the inspection report and datasheets. We look along through the proxy url on faults.
