Who may install
An approved electrical installer. For the grid connection you work with the local operator (for example Creos) or the municipal service.
Common mistakes
Poorly documented installations. Keep datasheets, diagrams, measurements and the OCPP configuration together in one file per site.
Watch out on DC
For higher DC power the grid application drives the timeline. Also check whether a grant requires a technical file before installation.

Size on continuous current, length and a maximum 3 percent voltage drop, with separate residual current protection per charge point.

Mounting
Follow the mounting method and clearances from the model datasheet, paying attention to the cable run on distributed DC systems.

Share the OCPP url of your platform. We configure the unit before delivery and it registers as soon as it powers up.

Inspection and handover
Have it inspected, test a session in your platform and hand over the file with datasheets and measurements. We follow up through the proxy url.
