Terms for Autel B2B partners

Delivery, payment & VAT

Lead timeAC chargers: 7 to 10 working days. DC chargers: 8 to 12 weeks.
VATWith a valid VIES VAT number we invoice at 0% VAT. Without a valid number we charge VAT.
Import dutiesDelivery within the EU: no import duties or customs formalities.

Warranty & RMA

AC36-month standard warranty, extendable to 5 years.
DC24-month standard warranty, extendable to 10 years.
TermsThe terms and price of an extension are stated in the quotation.
RMAYou open an RMA with our desk; we arrange replacement or repair with original parts.

Pricing and annual volume

All prices are net, excluding VAT, transport and installation. Your price level follows your annual purchase volume with Blulinc.

Monitoring

Optional 24/7 monitoring is charged annually per connector: €60 per AC connector and €96 per DC connector, excluding VAT.
