Start from the cars per day
Do not count parking bays, count the cars that actually need to charge. On an office car park they rarely all charge at once.
Then look at your connection
Every 22 kW charge point asks about 32 amps across three phases. With load balancing you share what is available, so you can add points without upgrading the connection.
Billing and user management
Use charge cards so you can bill per user or per department. If you pass on amounts, pick a unit with MID metering.
A concrete proposal
For most company car parks, AC Ultra units with two charge points give the best ratio. Add one or two DC Compacts when cars need a top up between trips.
