Installation, commissioning and warranty FAQ
Answers to common questions about installation, inspection, networking, handover, faults and RMA.

Who may install an Autel charge point?
Use a qualified installer familiar with local electrical requirements. The installer checks supply, cables, protection, earthing and any required inspection. DC installations need project-specific preparation and commissioning.
What information is needed for commissioning?
Have serial number, firmware version, network settings, OCPP url, charge point ID and the CPMS provider contact ready. After configuration, test at least one complete charging session and verify that transactions appear correctly in the platform.
What should I do when there is a fault?
Record the serial number, time, error code, led or display message and tests already completed. Add clear photos or video and export logs where possible. Check power, network and CPMS status before opening a warranty case.
How do warranty and RMA work?
Submit the request through the RMA page with proof of purchase, serial number and diagnostic details. Blulinc normally triages the case within one working day and agrees the next step with the partner. Only remove or ship a unit after instruction and with the assigned RMA number.
